If you are not satisfied with your donkey, you may return it within two weeks. Any longer, and we will not accept them back. We will also not accept them if there has been any damage done upon the purchase, including missing limbs, ears, organs, or hair.
If your donkey has died within two weeks of purchasing, please confirm that it was of natural causes, and we will ship you a new donkey of your choosing, 70% off. If it's death was not natural and was not the fault of Ding Dong co. You will not be refunded.
If you wish to trade in your donkey for a different breed, gender, or color, please contact our Manager. Shipping and handling is not included.
If you have moved to a different country, shipping, handling, and care (this includes feeding, washing, and cleaning) will not be included. For options please call our manager.
